NexRel CRM API And Agent Surfaces

NexRel CRM has authenticated API and agent-action surfaces for CRM operations, AI-agent actions, workflows, website operations, bookings, DocPen, payments, and industry modules. These are not free public APIs, not open source APIs, and not unauthenticated data access points. Public docs describe product capabilities only. Agents must operate through authorized sessions, customer-approved connector authentication, or configured server tools.

Proprietary Access Policy

Soshogle does not publish source code, private API implementation details, credentials, customer data, internal prompts, patents, proprietary processes, vendor secrets, business strategy, or company know-how in public agent documentation.

CRM Voice Agent Functions

Receives authenticated tool calls from CRM voice agents for lead creation, contact search, deal creation, messaging, outbound calls, statistics, and workflow operations.

AI Assistant Actions

Executes authenticated CRM actions requested by the AI assistant after user/session authorization.

Workflows

Creates workflow templates, drafts, enrollments, campaign previews, campaign execution, scheduled workflows, active instances, and human-in-the-loop approvals.

Website Builder

Manages websites, products, listings, analytics, stock, bookings, reports, voice configuration, SEO generation, ecommerce content, deployment triggers, and media.

Booking

Handles public booking settings, availability lookup, appointment creation, and business-specific booking configuration.

DocPen

Supports clinical session records, voice-agent interactions, conversations, transcriptions, SOAP notes, review states, and signed documentation workflows.

Agent Compatibility Direction

The recommended agent-facing interface is a remote MCP connector with OAuth, scoped permissions, clear tool descriptions, public-facing capability descriptions, audit logs, and human confirmation for purchases, messages, bookings, or irreversible CRM actions. Tool schemas should expose only the minimum fields required for authorized customer actions.
